The pillow doesn’t stay in place. The material is cheap and rough. Very uncomfortable

I like how this keeps my head upright when I sleep. It’s a little hard wearing over the ear headphones with this, but it doesn’t stick out the back like most neck pillows, causing me to tilt my head towards my toes. This helps my upper back quite a bit.

It was good but I would have liked a firmer cushion. I felt that my head was still bending a lot while trying to sleep in the plane.

This is a less expensive version of original products, but it seems to be of good quality. The idea to have a comfortable head position that allows napping on planes is a good one. However, unlike the website photos, this neck pillow is very bulky. Maybe it would fit better on larger people, but at 5'3", while better than horseshoe type pillows, it was too bulky behind my neck and my chin did not rest on the pillow, no matter how hard I pulled it tight. It can also be hot. The pillow comes in a drawstring bag that compresses it a little, but took up way too much room in my backpack. I will look into attaching a carabiner, maybe by adding a grommet, so it can hang on my backpack. I did not experience any of the issues that others have described such as off-gassing fumes or poorly attached velcro strip. I will give this a second try on my upcoming flight, but I am still undecided about whether I like this pillow.

When I first got it, I thought it's too big. Not like other travel pillows we have. We took it on a road trip this week. My son really liked it. He said its very comfortable and has good support of the neck, keep his head in place, not flopping around like some other pillows. Also, I like it's foldable and easy to carry for trips.
