I love this backpack! It's large enough to hold my 15" laptop with a ton of remaining space to hold extra items. It feels great and sturdy, and although I only got this backpack very recently, I feel like it will hold up for a while. The bag is very comfortable to carry around from place to place, and it has handy compartments that help me separate and organize various items. I'm very happy with this backpack!

Trying to read the tiny user's manual, it doesn't tell you how to turn it on. It states something about holding a button down, but nothing happened when I touched any button. I did finally get to get it to turn on but couldn't get it to play. The card that came with it wouldn't lock into place. I sent it back for a refund.

Turned off by itself. Terrible instructions. Showed buttons where there were none. Headphone jack intermittent. Screen goes blank and controls stop working. “ HD “ speaker very tinny sounding. Sent back next day!

When I bought it, it had many positive ratings and 5 stars. Today, after owning it for 2 days, it has one review and one star. And that is to high a rating. Started downloading my music. No issue. EXCEPT- after downloading the music, it is a 70-30 chance that the music wasn't downloaded- even though the download process worked perfectly. I have never seen this before. It is a good as a brick. Run Away!

Won’t hold a charge. Only works for a minute or two
