Seeing some of the unhappy reviews - I didn't have high hopes. I'm pleasantly surprised. Works as expected so far.

I mainly use these for overseas travel , so compact is good and organized is good , but for a charging station , not a battery. Being able to stack them with no waste is a real plus , but be aware that when winded you have no access to the internal usbc head. So this is not designed as something you put on a desk etc. or for easy access and usability . In addition the magnet is not particularly strong , you will need to manually wind it like a normal cable , the magnets are too weak to assist the process. , they have exactly enough strength to keep it in position, nothing more nothing less. I really like them, but they're very niche use case for me

Bought the cable in September, and it stopped working in November. CarPlay stopped working with this cable, so I thought it was my phone or car. Tried a different cable, and CarPlay worked fine. Tested this one on my computer, and it only charges—no data transfer at all. Disappointing, especially if you need it for CarPlay or syncing.

I bought this for my work desk because I was tired of having a messy cord from my desktop tower to my phone. This is a great solution.

It is neat for packing no mess of wires.It does put thru a charge.Almost forgot not to forget thr proper size wall charger as this is usb c cable. I am presently charging android with it so it works quite well.

I like to keep a nicely organised drawer and backpack when it comes to cables and devices. I have quite a few cables and the best I own is my braided Apple USB C to USB C. However when it comes to keeping any cable tidy you have loop and tuck the ends over (or at least I do!) and turn them into little rings to take up less room.Because of this I’ve been on the lookout for a magnetic cable after seeing them advertised for sale on here. I read some reviews and they actually put me off for a while. Eventually I took the plunge and purchased this flat sided braided version despite the views saying the magnets were weak.I can honestly say I am really pleased with it. The magnets are weak but for good reason, you don’t want the cable breaking from having to tear it apart each time and not do you want it randomly coiling up. Actually the magnetic strength is just right, yes slightly weak is just what you want!They’re strong enough to hold then cable together neatly and weak enough to unravel easily. Neat and easy, perfect!The weight is noticeably heavier than any standard cable, but nothing that is off putting about it. The feel of the braided cable is also quite nice.I went for the flat version as I like my cables to pack neatly down, whereas the rounded version will pack higher. The 5.5ft cable length also feels about the right length too.My only gripe is that since I purchased this the price has gone up…!
