They spin freely and meet spec
As far as my use cases go, these bearings are good. They spin easily and they are within the spec for the relatively large tolerances I can live with. I use them for various hobby projects, so nothing too critical.

Only comes with 10 bearings, not 20 like the title would have you believe.
