This is my first thermal printer and it has been an absolute ease to learn to use. Wireless connects to my phone and prints beautifully. The best product for the money. They could charge more honestly. The size is so much smaller than a full size printer. It takes up little space. Works perfect with PayPal and pirate ship. It’s perfect. You can’t go wrong with this. Quickly arrived with prime.

Love this printer for our small business! Extremely easy to operate with the app! Easy to customize and prints quickly. I especially love that it is reasonably priced. This is worth the value! Bonus… I ust found out I can print from my laptop using Word documents. This will be helpful for those labels that require lots of info! I have been using it for about 10 months and have had zero issues!

I’m so angry at myself for buying this. After doing a little research (Now I wish I’d done more) and saving up for months, it turns out this printer is a total dud. I’d put it up in a yard sale but I feel too bad for whoever would end up buying it.Do you have the patience of a saint and the temperament of a sleeping koi fish? If so, I have a free label printer I can send you.Things to know before you buy:First, absolutely purchase a shipping label printer that houses the labels inside of it. Otherwise, you have a stack of labels sitting out that get wrinkled, dusty, and take up space.Yes, you could purchase a separate label holder; but why? Once you realize you must place the stack of labels a specific distance away from the printer for it to feed properly, in a delicate dance of impossible demands, you’ll wish you’d purchased something else.Second, this printer simply doesn’t successfully print labels very often.It has about 20 different error lights and messages, yet only 2 help videos — that aren’t helpful because they don’t actually solve any technical issues…The paper is loaded and prints halfway when suddenly printer doesn’t detect paper… The indicator light blinks red red, blue once, purple six times… The paper is detected but the angle is one eighth of a degree off… The printer decided it’s mad at you for placing it next to the shredder (it likes your phone dock better) and this high-maintenance mess is vengeful.About 1 out of every 50 times attempts results in a printed label. And yes, that means 49 wasted, partially printed labels. And likely an hour of your life lost to anger, regret, and questioning how all the innovation of modern society could add up to such mind-numbing waste.The power cord is huge, clunky, and old tech.This product is supposed to make life easier yet it’s so frustrating that it makes life significantly harder. It gets one star for looking nice; it’s only redeeming quality.The app is pretty functional and easy to navigate. The bluetooth connectivity is solid. And, if the thing would actually print something, there might be a chance it doesn’t end up in the dump.The world is full of beautiful things. Sadly, this isn’t one of them.

Got this for my business, and I don’t know why never got it sooner! I use stickers for cups and boxes, and they add up fast! But with this the stickers are less than $10 for 750-1,000! They print amazing! The ink looks nice. It’s easy to set up and use. The Bluetooth works great. I love that I can use this for anything, big or small! It’s small, so it’s easy to take with you wherever you need it. I can’t wait to try new things with this! If you have a small business this is an amazing product! Worth the investment it will save you a ton in the future!

The media could not be loaded. so I don’t know if this is the way with all printers like this, but I thought I was gonna be able to print it like if I was printing a normal piece of paper it’s not like that. You actually have to download a separate app and I personally use it for printing labels for Depop and those type of apps I would definitely say get it. I haven’t had any issues with it except the fact that you do need an app. It is kind of annoying to go through the app instead of just printing it straight away like you’re printing out a piece of paper you can open it up and get to the actual printer part if you have a paper jam or something like that, which I really like I would say the one thing you do need for this though is definitely a label holder to have it seamlessly print without having to keep reloading besides that I have no complaints. The quality is good. It’s easy to set up. it connects quickly if you’re looking for something cheap just print out label so you don’t have to go to the post office and print them out , I would say this

Wow, so I ordered a used one and these printers are SO GOOD. 5 minutes to set up and 5 seconds to print. So convenient, cute, fast. 10/10

La impresora sirve perfecto, funciona sin problemas y el tamaño la hace semi-portatil. Digo semi porque se puede meter a una mochila fácilmente pero no es como que se pueda meter al bolso de una chamarra grande. La aplicación es fácil de instalar y aunque sincronizarla no es lo mas rápido del mundo, me parece sobresaliente comparado con el estándar de la tecnología genérica. La aplicación es muy fácil de usar e intuitiva, se pueden adaptar otros tipos de formatos al de las etiquetas muy fácilmente.

The print quality is surely more then 203 dpi as they suggest . It is a great Thermal printer. My only ask would be to have a holding tray for papers with this machine. Rest the build quality is great and so is the print quality, instructions and the labelife application.Great job done

If you are like me that hates turning on the laptop just to print out a couple shipping labels, look no more this is for you , the printing quality is amazing !!! No smudges o faded labels ,and the printer is very compact so you can place it anywhere. And the best part ? is so easy to use you just need the app installed on your phone , turn on your Bluetooth and voila !!!! Very happy with my purchase!!

I don't leave reviews very often, but this is so far one of the worst purchases I've made.I understand it is a label printer and I can't expect high quality prints, but what comes out of this printer is outrageous. It has been nothing but waste of money, time and energy...Where do I begin... When I got it first few labels came out alright, after like 3rd one the print got bit patchy and now half of the print is unreadable... Also it uses one label to "calibrate" the paper, which means you end up wasting one label every time you open the printer or take the paper out. And you'll end up opening the printer very often, because the labels get crampled and jammed in there regularly. Not to mention the calibration doesn't calibrate and the print starts ramdomly in a middle of the paper quite often as well.This is my first thermal label printer, so I thought I might just need to get used to feeding the paper properly, find some settings... Haven't figured out any of the above, on top of that, now, after going through 30+ printed labels (maybe 10 of that are usable and add additional 10 blank pages of waste).I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.
