Heavier cotton fabric than I expected I thought it would look more like a mesh. Make sure to add good quality placemats on the table when you use it.

The product is described as a high quality linen table runner, which is definitely not the case, what arrived was a cheap plastic table cloth, with the pattern very clearly just printed on it from the image shown. I wouldn't recommend this product at all.
