This chair came wrapped in perfect condition. Nothing was scratched, ripped or broken at all and all the parts were there. It took me about 5 minutes to assemble it. Oh and yes, the footrest was there because I paid for one with a footrest. Not all of these chairs come with a footrest, so if you paid for the less expensive one without a footrest, then you will not have one. The directions are probably the same for all of them, whether you purchased one with or without a footrest. I also want to mention the the chair is very nice looking and looks like it is very good quality as well. I purchased this chair to do my crafts and as soon as I sat in it I had no regrets. It is extremely comfortable and I can see myself sitting in it for long periods with no back or leg pain. I purchased the one with the back and I am very glad I did. I am so happy I purchased this chair. I'm sure it will make a big difference with my back pain and take a lot of stress off of my legs as well. I highly recommend this chair to anyone looking for a saddle chair.

Comfy chair and good on the lower back. The wheels glide great but it’s not hair salon friendly wheels I had to replace them

usually after i sit a couple hours in my normal work chair, my pain is very bad and I have a hard time moving across the room. this chair allows me to sit and get up as needed with little pain as i would expect with arthritis. waiting for it to come out in came with the backrest and I would buy another this minute for my home office!

My other chair wasn't the "saddle" type; I've slid off of it. This one is all metal, and there is no cheap plastic footrest like some. The only negative thing is that, as a guy, when you reach down forward to pick something up, it kind of hurts in the groin area.

Here's the thing. I really wanted to love this chair. Assembly was a breeze. Overall it feels surprisingly sturdy. The footrest ring is great - you can adjust the height on it. The wheels are smooth and roll well. The chair has a great range of height from its shortest height to its tallest, and lowers and lifts smoothly. The backrest feels good and is adjustable both in angle and height. The issue is the seat itself. The cushion is barebones. I have a similar saddle seat that was cheaper (no backrest or footring) and it is more comfortable than this one. For reference, I am 6'1, 185lbs, with a wider pear shaped figure. My caboose started aching after only about 30 minutes in this seat. I will be returning the chair.

The media could not be loaded. I've been using this stool for a couple of weeks. Initially it was great, but suddenly it stopped rolling. I flipped it over, and as you can see in the video, 3 of the 5 legs are twisted. It's supposed to be rated for 400 lbs. I am not 400lbs. For the price, I expected it to last longer than two weeks.

I was looking for a replacement to an acrylic stool I had in my salon and esthetically, nothing came close to this one.The seat looks stiff but its quite cushy and comfortable. The wheels are designed and constructed well and I like that the hydraulic pump is discreet under the seat.Five Stars.

I've been working more hours than usual and my back feels just great!AND my friend is a nail tech and she has the same one (she got it before me) and she also love it!I'm giving 4 stars only cause they delivered my package at the wrong floor so I had to make a 1000 calls to get my item.
