Great Cutter for Paper Plates
I cut the inside of the paper plates out to make a Christmas wreaths craft. The cutter worked well and made for easy work when cutting out 50+ plates!

Works as good as the expensive ones
This little cutter works great in fact it's probably better than the higher Price Cutters that I have bought in the past. I would definitely buy this one again and also I would buy it in the 45 millimeter size

Works great not when you use the protectivedisc to the anchor point it doesn't cut properly unless I'm using it wrong

Not happy with purchase.
I'm not happy with this rotary cutter. I used a normal quilting ruler. The black (soft) plastic safety cover for the blade rubs along the ruler and it bends and the blade doesn't touch the fabric. I have to hold it straight up without a ruler to cut. Not a cool tool at all.

Rotary cutter
This cutter worked OK the real issue was the blade, it was thin and cheap. The handle fit well in my hand. I had to buy another blade to cut my fabric it was only two layers.

Save yourself the trouble - don't buy this
I bought this figuring it would help me cut circles for my classroom (I wanted to be able to cut relatively small circles) but it's a cheap product - the blad is significantly shorter than the point so as you turn it, the blad cuts unevenly (unless maybe you're double-jointed and can twist your wrist in unusual ways). Sure it's budget-friendly but might was well keep your $9 rather than bother buying this and having to return it.

Easy cuts
Compared to the larger rotary cutter I brought from either Ebay or Wish, this one is the best. Sharp blades, easy to grip, and no handle to hold. My 1 con is how my thumb has to fight saftey mode& would give it 4.5 for that reason. Other than that, I'm glad it found it at a decent price. 5 star fabric cutting experience.

HONESEW Rotary Cutter isn't as expected.
The cutter doesn't steer very well, and it's not very sturdy. I've had trouble using it.
