If "A picture is worth a thousand words," (as the saying goes) ... receiving 1,000 paper cups at my front door is more than I *Pictured.* When I first noticed the product on line, I "reread" the count for the product three different times. Presuming it was a misprint (that should have been 100 rather than 1000 cups) I went ahead and ordered the items. As luck would have it, I had been searching for 100 count, medium size compostable eating utensils for an upcoming Annual Earth Day Festival. So I was very glad to see this promotion advertising 12 ounce cups. Since I received such a speedy delivery and am so pleased with product's superior craftsmanship, I'm overjoyed that my "house runneth over" with these cups.Ever since box was opened, cups have been used non stop & tested in this household's kitchen. The shipping container comes with 20 neatly stacked ( securely sealed) 12 ounce cups, bundled in 50 per pack = (is it necessary to repeat 1000- 1 more time :)These cups are the real deal, worthy of all this appeal. They are made from first-rate, environmentally friendly, materials. Unlike some other products that claim to be compostable, biodegradable, natural and unbleached, I am convinced that these are authentic. Firstly, these cups do not stick together. They are easy to dispense- there is no visible wax inside the product. The absence of a sticky glue like substance is a good indicator that these are high quality and safe to use. Secondly, the common woody/cardboard aftertaste found in some paper products is not detected in these cups.Unbelievably, in a very brief time-frame of less than 24 hours, @ 20 cups have been used in this household. Product has not disappointed...•HOT herbal tea left in cup 24 hours•Cold water left in cup overnight• Steamed creamy veggie medley reheated...No leakage whatsoever. Its all in the product...everything stays in the cup 100%. These multipurpose cups are reusable, they're suitable for storing food in and are ideal containers for some arts and crafts supplies. It's delightful to express my total satisfaction and gratification for such an overwhelming supply of great cups. These should last for eons and save bundles in the wallet. As I remain 10000 % committed to this product, I absolutely recommend.

The quality is very good, unlike other disposable cups.Above all, it looks nice and sustainable.I feel that I am a good environmental person. :-)

Honestly very impressed. Great size cup at 12 oz, this is a pack of 1000, great for supplying cups at the office, a party, etc. & bonus points for being environmentally friendly and biodegradable. They are very sturdy, do not get soggy/condensate or absorb fluids. They’re not flimsy at all which I find a lot of biodegradable items to be quite thin and absorb fluids easily, not these! There is no off odor or bad taste.My daughter put a cup in the fridge of a drink she did not finish and I thought for sure it wouldn’t last in there.. 24+ hours later and even though she’s no longer interested in drinking it I may just leave it in there to see if it ever absorbs into the cup!So far proving to be heavy duty!

The NY-AUTUMN Premium Disposable Paper Coffee Cups would have been given 5 star except you cannot hold a cup of coffee without double cupping it Picture #3. I mean, it is really hot to touch with out doing it. The cup itself is solid, and has a very nice feel to it. It is not soft so there is no danger when grasping it with your hand. I tested it first with ice (cube) cold water and let it set for 18 hours to see if it got soft or leaked. It maintain its condition perfect. Drinking out of the cup was fine and there were no off taste hot or cold from the cup itself. Very fast shipping and a great cold cup to drink from made with natural material

When you first look at these cups, they look like most other unbleached coffee cups. When you look at the price, they are in the ballpark of other unbleached coffee cups. They hold liquid just fine for long periods of time, like most other brands. So what's special about these? With most other cups, the liquid takes on a slight cardboard taste, but these are made from bamboo, and I could not taste cardboard at all when drinking from it. This is just the cups - no lids, and no protective sleeves, but I'm OK with that. I've found that if a cup is too hot to hold, it's also too hot to drink. So I use the bare cup to let me know when it's ready. A thousand cups is a lot, so I'm not sure when I'll need to buy more cups, but when I do, I'll be looking for more of these.

Our business building doesn't have a sink, so anything we place in our kitchenette area has to be a single use or something we carry to and from home. However, I am trying to find compostable, green items. You can't really imagine 1000 cups until they arrive! The box is heavy, but everything is well packaged, and the cups are in individually wrapped stacks. We simply placed the box in our storage closet and refill the cabinet as needed. Great cups, hold up to both cold and hot items with no leaking. I actually reuse one cup all day for my coffee refills. And they work great! 12 oz. is also the perfect size. At right around 13 cents a cup, this is a great deal.

These cups leak through the sides and bottom. You have to double them up to use them safely.

Cups themselves are decent quality. Feel solid, although definitely a bit thin... discolors if liquid is left in them too long. Material is good though, they don't feel cheap. Scent is not bad, good rimming, unbleached is preferred as hot drinks can definitely cause some films to deteriorate over time.See now that the price has been lowered, but obtained at $185 for 1000. This is far too high, and even with the reduction, they are still far pricier than competitors.Pretty good cups, but can't overlook the fact that they were nearly twice the price!
