Wow... Admittedly I am very impressed!There are 6 JawBlocks, making 3 levels of work out, so I gave the lower ones to my mum, and I tried the middle ones first.She loves them and said they are strangely satisfying to use. She read the instructions and told me to bite and hold when using which is what I did and wow my Jaw and Face feels like my chest does after training session in the Gym.The JawBlocks look amazing, they have a black outer shell which I think is to protect the middle bit that compresses. This is definitely not a cheaply made item, seems a quality product, described a whole gym for your face.I am not new to face exercise and have the Jawrsize, however I prefer these because we're biting with our back teeth and these JawBlocks seem to hit the right areas better. I have also tried other similar products to this but they have always broken apart very quickly and don’t seem as well made as this.For any one in doubt like I used to be, I urge them to give these a go, these are one of the best if not the best Jawline and Facial Fitness product I have tried.
