A lovely little pot. A bit smaller that I thought, but that's on me.

This is a nicely made small sized ceramic pot that measures: 7 1/8" Long x 4 1/8" Wide x 4" tall. It's made very well and projects an image of high quality.I really like the shape with the tapered bottom connecting to a top piece which also tapers just in the opposite direction - creating a waist at the connection point. The shape fits the small size very well making it look substantial. There's also a slightly wider lip/return at the top that makes the pot seem thicker and more substantial. The design does feature a fairly big, open hole in the bottom of the pot for drainage. They do include a small screen to keep the soil and other amendments from moving out through this hole. A drain saucer is not included.The real star of this pot is the colored glaze. It reminds me on an old earthenware dish set we had many years ago. I say this with a remembered fondness.My pot is the brown and white design. The contrast in color and the natural looking flow of the design just looks really good to my eye. I'm really happy with this little pot.This plant pot meets the descriptions and images shown on the webpage. My wife and I are really happy with the pot we received. It definitely meets our expectations. The pot is on the small size and will fit a wall shelf or wide windowsill perfectly. A matching drain saucer would have been a nice touch. Finding one this size is going to be hard.We're not sure what we're going to put in the planter. A set of small, slow growing succulents may look good in the longer shape. Or perhaps something tall. The plant and the exceptional pot will attract looks for sure, so we have to make sure it works up to its potential. This is an unusual pot in terms of color, size and shape. We would recommend it.

The picture looked like it had a drainage tray but it doesn’t. The cor and pot were very oretty
