I bought this as a gift for a friend who makes sourdough bread. She loves it!

This is a wonderful bread, knife! Well-made, sharp blade my favorite part is that the blade is screwed onto the handle which means if you’re left-handed, you can reverse the blade and now you have a left-handed knife! Which is a big deal for us. It’s fantastic!

So...there are plenty of these all over the place...and they all work very well...but when you have a mutant in the house that is a left hander...well...these don't work so well for them.We've been on the hunt for one of these that where the handle was a bit more generic and centered so we can reverse the blade and have it work for a left hander as well.This is the best one yet...wife says its still primarily for right handers cause of the handle design...but the best one for her to use.So...if you are a left hander, sorry you were born oddly...but this might help with you pains and sorrows of a world that has predominately ignored your defect...heck..there's only about 10 percent of you out there...so who cares...LOL
