I like that I can leave the blue wrap on overnight. I find the effects to be calming and soothing. The product is especially useful when worn after a workout.

In short, I personally was not happy with the poor quality and design of TRU BLU's wrap, specifically, when I'm lying down and being on my side. Frankly the location's placement of battery is a poor location and frankly, hurts.For ultimate, direct medical use, the wrap's lights need be directed on the specific location of damage. In my case, my damage is center mass across my lower/upper back.Also, the quality of fabric is too light, thin and after five days of use, I didn't like the material of the wrap: the polar fleece is too light and thin. To add to all the negatives, I had to respond to TRU BLU MEDICAL'S customer service.The following is my response to TRU BLU MEDICAL after I received a message from TRU BLU MEDICAL - Support .You be the judge:In response to your message, first, I expect better critical thinking on your behalf.Think about your recommendation to turn the wrap: Yes, but as you well know, if the back is the target for treatment, said design, will miss the critical mass (portion) of the back. What I suggest, if it really matters, knowing you have sold said wrap since 2020, design an arm band to house said 9 volt battery, with technology that uses USB ports to connect the two. Also, look at the same product design and quality of materials in "Red wraps" for yourself, especially for the money. Moreover, there are different gauges (thickness) of polar fleece. Your product is a thinner, light thickness and I find your defense disingenuous at best.If you are truly looking for help with quality control, your approach would had been, at least... more respectful. Thus, I've already spent too much time addressing said substandard wrap.In addition, yes, we received said wrap "JUST" 5 days ago: enough time to understand, in my opinion, the product is "STILL" a prototype, regardless of your defense or at best, a low quality design to help get your return investment and make maximum profits. If true, said wrap has been on the market since 2020, again, please rethink, first... the betterment of people's wellness,....The wrap is on it's way back and expect a review....

Heard this thing discussed a couple of times on Rumble, decided to try it. Had some neck and shoulder pain, draped around my neck and went to sleep. Next morning, no pain. Will work on neck and or shoulders. I thought that was pretty crazy. So, when the wife had some knee pain from a mis step I urged her to try the blanket. She went to sleep with it on her knee. Pain was gone in the morning. Really you can tell a difference in 20 mins or an hour, doesnt need all night. Man, its amazing!

I got my blue light wrap pretty fast. And I wear it most of the time. At 71 years old, and life was full of adventures, accidents during some of those adventures, and now I still cut and pull dead wood out of the woods to heat with, I seem to have made myself arthritic. First battery wore out, and I bought another and the terminal holding the battery in broke. Crap! They now have a video for installing/removing. On account of me. They fixed mine, and I have received it back, and I've worn it all day. Took a nap with it. Way more comfortable with it than without it. It works. And, the customer service IS customer service, serving the customer. I love those little blue lights.

My wife was struggling with arthritic knee issues and considering replacement. After approximately 6 weeks of treatment with the blue light, she can do regular 10 mile (and more) bike rides, walk a brisk 2 mile (and more) walk. It was not a total cure, of course, however the pain is mostly arrested and she can (at this point) get along without the replacement.

Last night I put it on my neck for a while, then my shoulder, wrapped it around my wrist, & elbow (carpal tunnel pain from being on the computer too much), then my hips. I LOVE my Blue Light Wrap, it's great! It helps so much when I'm in pain, & I'm grateful for that! Also grateful for all the research Dr. Ana is doing!!

I've had this device for several months now & it has done NOTHING to alleviate any of my or my Spouse's symptoms this device is supposedly an effective treatment for. we get much better (more effective/noticeable) relief from pain relief pads that stick to the skin or oral OTC meds such as Aleve.

I tripped and fell and landed really hard on my right arm and chest. I was really sore. Luckily I had already purchased the tru blu wrap so I started to wear it around the house. It definitely helped the aches and pain go away much faster. I would highly recommend it!
