Great for knee pain!These patches work amazingly well. I wear these to sleep (they stay in place with long pants on, but not if you wear shorts to bed) and when I wake up, my knee pain is better. They do leave a little green residue when you take off the patches, but it rubs off easily.

Having used various pain patches, I was pleased to discover this one was safer than most for sensitive skin. Worn all day (10 + hours) on both knees- kept my knees from buckling pain while working. The smell is slightly noticeable if you are also sensitive to fragrance/spicy scents. (I cut ✂️ one in half and used it for my thumb/carpal tunnel pain and saved the other half for later. I noticed a strange smell and later realized it was the pain patch. Easy fix, just seal it in a plastic bag - all good.)Bonus benefit is the peel-off pre-cut backing! That makes it so much easier to apply without the dreaded "stick-on-itself" problem most others have. Overall, very good product and sensitive skin friendly.

I actually like these. Easy to apply, they stick well and they actually work! They relieved my pain the first time that I used them, I was pleasantly surprised. I will buy these again. P.S. and they are easy to peel the backing off, unlike a back patch that I purchased which was a mess.
