Refreshing and easy on the pockets!
I’ve tried many electrolyte mix brands, liquid iv, salud,sqwincher the list goes on forever. I tried these and they are a blessing! I work as a delivery driver and I am out in the heat all day and I need to keep hydrated. Water just won’t cut it after a 10+ hr shift, I bought the strawberry ice pop and the pineapple coconut flavor and they are delicious. Definitely do need more than 20oz of water I’d say like 40 but other than that they are phenomenal. They keep my thirst satiated and my body feels great. All of the other brands I’ve tried in the past have made me feel ironically thirstier and made my mouth dry. I drink water throughout the morning and around noon I bring out my Stanley with ice and stir in the pineapple coconut flavor and I sip on that for the next hour or so it’s super refreshing, I’ve recommend these to all of my coworkers already and they are hooked like I am.

Really strong. I’m going to dilute it with a little more water.

Very salty
Use more water than it calls for, or otherwise the salty taste will overwhelm the flavor. It’s good, kinda like Gatorade. I enjoyed it but I did add extra water. Will be great for the summer.
