Fit in hand is great!
I have been using Buck knives for hunting and camping for over 40 years, the first knife my dad bought me was a Buck. They have all been the folding knives and I still have and use them all. When I read about theses fixed blades and read all the reviews I had to have one! Out of the box it’s sharp and cuts meat like butter. I used it with my thick concealed carry 1.5inch belt and the sheath worked grate with it. The colored glass filled nylon is very tough and the black material is a rugged but with grip that should work great out in the field. I also need to mention two things I like about the sheath, first it has an insert that will keep all the bad stuff off the polyester and you can pull it out with it still attached for cleaning, second the button is towards the front and should prevent it from catching on anything in the field! I got the 3.36inch blade because after years of dressing deer I prefer shorter blades and they work better on fish when camping. With the way this blade feels in the hand I can not wait to use it this year.

It's decent.
The handle is a little small for my hands, and I'm not a fan of the sheath, but it's usable. I think I still prefer the Buck 685 actually, at least for my hands. But yeah, not a bad knife. I think I was just expecting it to be a little nicer for the price, but I realize that's pretty subjective. Thanks.
