This was a Christmas gift. The receiver finds the eye massager relaxing, especially likes being able to control heat/cool levels. It could be a little quieter.

It has to be the best money I've spent in a long long time!

I just recently bought quite a few of these and settled, and I do mean settled in that exhausted, exasperated way, on this one. What I love: Heating and cooling all in one, no freezer mask, bone crushing danger minimal, eye ball danger minimal, temp plates are in an ideal place for cosmetic usage, full coverage massagers. What I am still missing that this doesn't provide: All over heating and cooling, a carry bag (not really a big deal), noise level still unusual for a relaxing system (but not too bad). Overall, I only took it down to 4 stars, because it was the best I could find for a reasonable price. It did the job...FINALLY!!

The pressure is a little hard. I don’t like the vibration and there seems no way to get the cold feature with massage but no vibration. This is a fine product and vibration / pressure issues are just preference. Just not the perfect item for me.

I've never tried an eye massager before purchasing this one. I chose this one specifically because it offers a hot and cold massage without having to freeze anything beforehand. It inflated, deflated, applied pressure to my temples and pressure above my inner eyebrows. I suppose I was also looking for a deep vibration. This doesn't have that. I'm a side sleeper and it was too bulky to sleep comfortably. It's not for me. The massage wasn't soothing in my opinion. Maybe I'll try it when I have a headache and not to ease myself to sleep after a long day of staring into a computer.

I like all the features. Hot and cold functions work well.

Great for relaxing. Love the cold and warm settings. It’s a must buy!!
