It makes perfect crushed ice. It’s soft you barely hear it and it’s easy to use. I love that it doesn’t take up much room on my counter. The stainless steel color matches all my appliances and cleans well.

I don’t have an ice-maker in my refrigerator's freezer, but I love ice. My previous ice machine stopped working. I saw this machine and loved the idea of soft nuggets. It was a great decision!At first the directions seemed daunting, but it actually was quite simple to set up. (For what it is worth, make sure the machine is sitting upright when you unbox it. It has to sit for 2 hours. )It makes a large amount of ice and the reservoir is larger than my last machine. I do wish the MAX fill line was easier to see. I recommend this to anyone needing a countertop ice maker.

Every night I make ice for the next day. I put the bucket in the freezer overnight and break it up in the morning to put in my yetis. I am in my car most of the day so cold drinks are a must. The ice is pebbly so it stirs super well. I was so tired of filling ice trays every night only to have a few come out. Plus my boyfriend would use up the ice unbeknownst to me. So this is all mine. I just love this gadget. Best item I have purchased in awhile.

We got this after seeing my sister in laws unit that she had. It makes ice very fast and we love the little nugget size- great for chewing on. It makes a lot of ice too. We purchased bags to put the excess in. It doesn't keep the ice frozen long term so once the basket is full if you aren't putting it in a glass to use then you would want to put it in the freezer.

I am a fan of crushed ice, works great! It is a little noisy, but worth it!

Pleasantly surprised at how well this little machine works. Easy to use, though it is a bit of a pain to lug it to the sink to clean it. The drain is on the bottom so you have to sort of balance it over the edge of the sink and feel for the plug. It makes enough ice to keep me in ice water and iced coffees throughout the day, as well as the occasional ice bath for cooking. Not really large enough for a big family or parties, but it works great for one or even two people depending on how much ice you use. Quality for the price is wonderful.
