Took alongside a well known eating plan
I have taken these alongside a well known eating plan had a week's holiday (not on plan) then lost 5lb the following week, had another holiday (also not on plan) following week another 5 lb they work for me, very happy with the results as I was lucky to get 1 or 2 lb loss before

Not the miracle cure suggested
I only wanted to lose some stubborn weight from around my middle and thought I’d try these to see if they would help. I exercise most days and eat healthily - since taking these for ten days I have put on weight! Definitely not recommended!

Simply did not work for me
I always eat very healthily but still need to lose a little bit of weight and I thought these might help but I’ve use them for the whole month and they have made no difference whatsoever - Sorry, but it is what it is !
