Its good that a daily dose is two tablets for this one. It is easy to split it into morning and evening doses. Its slow release is a plus as well. Its energy and metabolism ingredients keep me a little more alert during my workouts. I use it as supplement during the cutting phase and has helped me lose fat while supplementing necessary nutrients during a low calorie high intensity workout cutting phase.

A bit deceptive that you are taking 2 pills so 90 really only lasts 6 weeks. I try tobget these on sale. Psychosomatic or not, Indo seem to get a bit of a boost from these.

I like this product and the fact that it is sold by GNC. I seem to be able to buy the product as a one off order and get delivery in 1 to 2 days. However, if I sign up to the subscription of it, they never ship on time. So goes to show they must ship from different places or different inventory or something that dailies it. So nothing to the product, just a note on shipping.

This product gives me the energy to make it through the day and through my workouts. The boost I get from this multivitamin is amazing. The value you receive from this vitamin in comparison to what you pay far exceeds.
