Fully satisfied with my order. I did not have any need to contact the seller, as the item was deliver 2x days ahead of schedule, which was not problematic, but could be for other customers. Having said that, this is more dependent on the delivery services, as opposed to the seller themselves.Product was easy to assemble by applying low-to-moderate pressure. I have been using it 6x times a week ever since I received & am pleased to say that it gives your abdominal muscles almost 50% of the "usual abs-day" workout (this of, course, is a highly subjective point).My initial impression was that the handles appeared rather frail, but I weigh ~52 kg (~114 lbs) & haven't had any issues with its durability.My only criticism would be the fact that it doesn't include a simple 'How to Use?' leaflet, but it's not exactly "rocket science", plus with the exceptionally low price & tonnes of YouTube videos on the matter, it would have been moot.

I can feel my muscles working when I use this so fingers crossed with my other exercises I'm doing, I'll see results

Nothing like the pictures. The bar is an inch and a half too long. Therefore when you assemble, putting wheels in the middle with the two handles (which are different from the picture) on each side, there's the inch and a half gap which means the wheels don't stay in place when using, they move to the sides. Guess for the price what can you expect?

Great workout item that is even easy to use for someone as large as I am, with a 25 stone frame. They also supply a foot long piece of mat to roll along but if your tall like me its does nothing.

Very difficult piece of equipment to use by yourself without guidance so not to hurt your back. Very simple and exactly as described
