I've started training Muay Thai 3 times a week again. The correct type of hand wrap for me is essential during a workout!My first initial thought when using these hand wraps is they are quite comfortable. They have sufficient cushioning around the knuckles and give adequate wrist support when impacting pads or sparring! The only thing I can say negatively about the wraps is that the Velcro seems to be dissipating quite quickly. Though, if you're using these every day, that's to be expected.All in all, I can recommend these wraps to anyone who's participating in any martial arts training
