I was very like and recomended about this product. Got it read the instructions and used it immediately. There was no noise to it while it was working, just a slight buzz but I think that was more in my head. It has a very sleek appearance, The button is easy to push in, instructions are clear. It comes already attached to the soft attachment, This is very good value for your money. I had tartar build up and used this product, it was gone inside of a min. I'm definitely recommending this item.

I have a few trouble spots that weigh on my mind, and this tool gives me an opportunity to take a look, and do a little housekeeping to make the hygienist's job a little easier.The "round" tool is really just a pointed tool with a very small round, flat head on it. This and the less pointed tool are used holding at a 90° angle to the tooth. The pointed tools are for the crevices, and are used at a 45° angle.There is a tiny wrench that is used to remove the tools, and it doesn't take much to switch them out.The materials in general are about mid-range in quality. Obvious not professional, and very lightweight.Using the tool is much less daunting that I had expected. When you turn it on, you press again to choose a level. Press again for the workspace light. Nothing happens, but when you touch the tip to the surface of your tooth, it emits that high frequency (scary dental) noise and begins to remove the plaque from your teeth. It is entirely gentle, as if you push too hard, it stops. So you really just move it over the areas you want, and the sound tells you how much pressure to apply.I didn't feel any scraping sensation at all. My teeth weren't damaged or scratched. You have full control and it is very gentle. I can tell you that those sensitive spots the hygienist finds, you will also find. But you have the option to stop messing with it, whereas the hygienist just keeps plowing along!Using this does take time, and you're going to need a drool cloth. I didn't find the mirror to be as useful as just sitting with my lighted makeup mirror. This is overall, a very nice addition to my oral hygiene routine. I won't use it daily, maybe more like monthly.

I liked that this product removed tarter as well as the dentist does by hand. I was impressed by how easy it was to use and navigate without hurting your gums or teeth. Also, I liked the price point as well. There is nothing about this product that I could find fault with.

I didn't realize how potentially dangerous this product could be. I do understand that not everyone can afford dental care. I suppose in that case perhaps it's worth it. When I attempted to use it I was unable to tell if I was removing built up plaque or actual enamel. I used it on the lowest setting and followed instructions from a video I found. This does not come with instructions or a link to a video. I can see how you could cause real harm to your teeth. Some "stains" could be exposed dentene or dentene showing through thin enamel from gums receding. I have two spots near my gumline that twinge when the dental assistant cleans them. When I attempted to lightly guide this over those teeth on the lowest setting it was excruciating. I would be hesitant to use this unless it's your only option. For those who are told you need a deep cleaning, you CANNOT achieve that at home with this tool. A deep cleaning requires going underneath the gum to remove hidden plaque and tartar. Please practice good hygiene as a preventative to dental decay.

I was a little apprehensive about using this because it just seems like it could easily damage teeth, but I haven't had any issues and it seems to do a decent job cleaning built up plaque and tartar. I just make sure to move slowly and make sure I am only using it on the correct parts of the teeth that need cleaningThe device comes with pointed and flat metal heads that vibrate rapidly to break up hard build up. The description lists a round cleaning head that was not included in mine. I will only activate when pressed against the teeth or hard surface, so it will idle when powered on until it is on the teeth. This is a safety feature to prevent it from damaging the gums or other soft skin. There is a light on the head that makes it easier to see as well as a small dental mirrorThere are instructions included that give the basics of how to use it, but I would recommend trying to find some tutorials. I haven't had any issues after about a week of use, but I still worry that this could easily damage teeth when used incorrectly. It has 6 different operating modes that I am still playing around with, but hopefully this will help me get rid of some hard stains and plaque

Very light and the color is nice. The heads can switch very easily and there’s a tiny mirror that can be used to look very clearly inside. The quality is very good and sturdy. It’s also not too big so it fits comfortably inside ur mouth and overall seems to be a good price for all the pieces it comes with.
