I would have given 4 starts but my last batch the gummies were really. My previous orders were soft and easy to chew, taste great too. I am hoping it was just a bad batch.

These little gummies taste great and pack a solid punch in terms of BCAA content. Years ago I started fasting on Mondays as a way to mentally and physically reset after what is usually suboptimal eating over the weekend. A serving of these every 4-6 hours on these days gives me a nice little boost throughout the day to maintain muscle mass but keep calories low. Definitely consider adding them to your supplement arsenal! P.s. I'm a double board certified and multistate licensed physician who is also a retired Army combat veteran. I take all 4 in the morning. These are delicious but I can't say I noticed any effect. I have been taking them 30 days so maybe the effects aren't noticeable yet. May try one more month just because of how good they taste.
