Great TINS/EMS with heat
This works really well. I love the heat option. I've already started looking for replacement nodes as I've read they're hard to get (and so far that's been true). It's well made with a pretty good battery duration. The pads stick well so I definitely want to get the brand pads. The leads are plenty long enough and use the USBC port. It's slightly more expensive than other models but I think it's a descent value. It's small enough to throw in your pocket and walk around with. I've only used the EMS a few times and I don't have a lot of experience with it although it seems powerful too.

Fantastic Home Therapy
After completing physical therapy for a couple of months where my therapist was using EMS for my back muscles, a search for a home unit brought me to the Beurer TENS/EMS unit. Despite its compact size, it seems every bit as powerful in delivering current to my muscles as the big machine in use at my physical therapy center. I can't come anywhere near the maximum settings, it seems just as strong as the units in physical theory centers. The only down side is that it was near impossible to find the stick pads stateside. I had to order them from a merchant in the U.K. But I have stock now, and the pads are good for about a month of regular use, maybe a little longer. Anyway, I am so glad I found and purchased this home unit as it has greatly improved a condition I'm suffering with. I haven't used the TENS functions much, so I can't really speak to that, but the EMS is excellent.

Great unit and worth the price
As soon as I received the unit, I used it. Setup was easy with adding the gels and use was easier by picking the location and running it. I can run 3 times with low heat for 30 min each with a single charge. Battery will drain more if heat is on. I will say that the gel after a few uses will start to well gel out of the current location. All you have to do is take the blue covers and put them on it and squeeze it back into place. Almost good as new. I also bought replacement gels since I see that as being the only pain point with this unit so far. There is no wall plug location, only one input so must be charged before use. Very compact and light, but durable pads and wires.

Good TENS unit, bought on amazon.
I had been having lower back pain related to new exercise and weight loss which was causing me much distraction at work. I was able to use this unit to strengthen and relax the muscles around my spine so that i could focus. The unit works well and the heat function is quite nice for when you are on the go or in a car that doesn't have heated seats or at work. I did buy a generic set of gel adhesive pads for when the OEM ones stop working, but so far with 2 weeks of use they are holding up. It is nice to have 2 sets of pads to work adjacent areas at the same time. The unit charges quite quickly off USBC, which is also the interface the pads use to connect to the unit. I do not know what replacement pads would cost, but they have to be purchased from the manufacturer, so I do hope that they don't change the design too much on future units to where this becomes obsolete. A small carry case would have been a nice addition to round out the kit, but I have repurposed a hotspot case that i use for holding this and throw it in my backpack. That case is 3.5x5.5 inch and holds this setup just fine.

UPDATED: Premium Price, Horrible Customer Service
Summary: Unreliable product performance, Consistently Horrible Customer Service. I liked the product while it worked. After 3 weeks one channel stopped working so I reached out to Amazon. Amazon suggested I contact the manufacturer, Beurer, to discuss options for non-functioning product. Their representative wrote to me to mail the unit back to them, FOR INSPECTION and at MY EXPENSE TO MAIL IT. The customer service person noted that those were the specifications in the written warranty.By far the worst customer service experience for a $100+ item that is more expensive than almost all other brands.I like the product but 1) it's more expensive than the others that do the same thing and I'm not sure it's any better, and 2) you can't buy replacement pads. After so many uses you'll need replacement pads so I'm not sure if I need to return this because it won't work with other pads.

Works, but is fussy and inconvenient.
This tens unit is a little too fussy. It is not intuitive and does require some reading to understand how to navigate the options. This would be alright if there weren’t so many other negatives.I don’t know how some are getting two weeks out of the adhesive on the electrodes, I’m having to change them every other day to have any hope of them adhering properly. They are too expensive to be replaced so often. In addition, the battery life on the unit is terrible. After charging it overnight, I’m finding the battery is already nearly dead by the next evening, using the unit on and off throughout the day.Maybe this is just me, but the godforsaken beeping is driving me up the wall. There is no mute option that I can locate. In the end, when the unit is on the right setting, with new adhesive pads, fully charged, and if you can stand the beeping, it works well. However, I can’t say this is the most convenient device.
