The packaging was too poor , even a kid could package it better, The rope length in the product measurements is 298 cm but the one I received was only 250 cm including the handles and the rope is soft like stretchable silicon and because it's soft the rope adjustable lock isn't able to hold and lock the rope and it gets loose from the handles . Better spend some more and buy a better product. I was expecting more because it's a Amazon brand but it was utterly disappointing , it's like there's no quality check. It's like they don't even check before sending the product.
