For the price this is an excellent entry level camera- we use it to keep an eye on our resident hedgehogs. Clear photos and exceptional video. Simple to set up and use, small and inconspicuous. Top tip- make sure you reset the time and date when you (eventually) have to change the batteries- otherwise it will record at random times not when you expect it to!

The camera performs very well. We have previously used 'big name, big budget' trail cams so we were pleasantly surprised just how high quality the pictures taken by the VOOPEAK Trail Camera are. The set up and controls are well placed and, to me, their operation seems intuitive. However, we did have a small issue with blurriness of some night pictures and contacted Campark Camera customer service to ask for help. The support was excellent, with some sensible suggestions for us to try to resolve the situation and, when these didn't seem to work, the replacement process was simple and effective and the problem was resolved. The picture quality is very clear,the quality of the camera is well made and sturdy,the performance is good once you get the hang of it ,it's easy to use and set up,I haven't caught anything yet in night vision but only using it to watch the bird feeders,the battery life only lasts a few days but I'm taking photos and videos ,the only downside to me is that you can't use rechargeable batteries in the camera other than that it's worth getting one.

Bought to use for tracking wildlife, mainly hedgehogs, in the garden at night, the detail on the video is really sharp on the two highest settings, haven’t tried using the lower ones. Very easy to set up, light weight and works well with rechargeable batteries. The price is amazing for such a brilliant little camera, have tried supposedly better, more expensive trail cameras, but they didn’t achieve as good results.

I purchased the product and had issues with its operation. There seemed to be a fault and i contacted customer services. They responded promptly and over the course of a few days we worked through the various possible causes of the problem. There advise was professional and concise. In the end the fault could not be resolved and they sent me a new one that arrived in a couple of days without me having to pay postage.The new one works fine and I'm happy with the product. It was a pleasant change to deal with such a professional customer service.

I have received the Camera and downloaded the app but so far cannot seem to connect it to my iPhone. I have tried two different phones?

So far, so good. I need to mess about with the motion sensitivity a little to find out what's works for me but by the by, it's reasonable device at the price point.

Bought to find out who was eating burden food & digging up the lawn. Squirrels !!
