I have been working in IT for over 10 years and I've lost count of the amount of PC's I've built in that time. I ordered this bundle on behalf of the company i work for with the intention of using it as a developers PC.When we received this bundle i installed the motherboard into a PC case hooked up the PSU etc and tried to boot. However it would not post. We tried all the obvious things ie, different PSU, re-seating the ram seating the ram in different slots.We spoke to their support team and a return was arranged so they could investigate so i assumed i would receive a new working one but this was not the case.I then get an email with pictures stating that some CPU pins are broken and that they will not be issuing a refund.However we did not install the CPU as it was a pre-configured bundle, therefore we could not have been responsible for said damage.I have since contacted amazon to request a refund.

I’m giving this bundle only 4 stars as there was a problem with thermal paste on the cpu and I had to change it by myself which was not a big deal. Everything else works perfectly, I OCed my unit up to 4.7 and the temperatures and voltage is all fine. The thermal paste was a low quality so there was a problem with temperatures on 1 core, once I changed it there was no other problems.

I actually ended up with a z390-p and an i7 9700k processor rather than the advertised kit, but that was down to the great customer service from this company keeping my custom when I was thinking of purchasing an alternative. The kit came quickly and was soon up and running. Performance is great for the money and while this board is a little smaller than some more expensive boards it does perform really well. Fan connectors are in the middle of the board rather than the edge, and there's only 2 of them which is a shame, but that's about my only complaint with this motherboard. CPU is performing really well and I'm running games like Scum on max settings with a solid 60-75+ frames at all times, occasionally a little higher, along side a 2070 super RTX card.

First off, this is a great bundle for the money. Secondly, the company that sold this to me are great as well. I received a call asking if I was interested in an upgrade to the 9700k for a reasonable fee but I was flat broke from Christmas spending and new years. After explaining this to the sales rep (I regret not getting his name, great lad) he decided to throw in an upgraded cooler for free and I was delighted. The only minor set back was the CPU fan wasn't correctly installed, the four pin connector was connected the water cooling slot and not the CPU slot. Only a minor slight, but had me scratching my head for a while as I am new to PC building. Overall, a great product and even better company, I will be coming straight back to these guys when I get around to upgrading my GPU. 5 stars..

I bought this bundle 3.5 months ago and the motherboard is absolute crap. It spends over 2 minutes at the “press Del or F8 to enter bios” screen and gives no way to pass this. It takes over 3 minutes to load Windows from an SSD where other motherboards would load it within 30 seconds regardless of the nonsense “fast boot” being enabled or not. And now it’s decided it doesn’t even want to turn on! Even when I unplug every piece of hardware the CPU fan will spin up but the monitor stays blank (it won’t turn on but it won’t turn off either). Even if I unplug every internal and external hard drive and SSD it refuses to turn on.

The seller gave me a call after I placed the order to upsell me on some upgrades but this is one of the few times that the upsell has been totally worth it. The upgrades they offered (a generation 9 CPU, a durable motherboard, faster delivery, higher quality RAM) were all things that I actually wanted and the prices offered were very reasonable. They discussed options and what I was looking for with these components to help me find the best combination for me.The components turned up very quickly, were well packaged considering the difficulty of packaging a motherboard that has a CPU & heatsink already attached to it. It was very easy to set up, being pre-assembled, I just had to screw it into my case, attach the various other components and it was good to go, I didn't really purchase it with that in mind but it was actually very nice not to have to fiddle with attaching the heatsink mounting (always my least favourite part, tied with the fiddly little f panel connectors).So far the hardware is working well and performing as I expected. One of the things I was looking for from this was stability and durability, and only time will tell if it delivers on those though.I will definitely recommend this to anyone I know that is looking to get some new components.

Great price, better performance. This pre-built bundle is amazing value for money and very easy to get set up and running. It's managed to handle anything and everything I've thrown at it. Quick, easy, cheap and top draw performance. Easier than building your own from scratch and on top of that, the price is practically no different than buying the parts individually. Good Company/Supplier.

Great customer service they ring you to confirm your order and when to expect it. Easy to put in computer case I would recommend you have a medium to large case to make sure it fits the cpu cooler and if you put a graphics card with it in the future. Easy to overclock mine is @ 5gh with late 40 to 50 degrees temperature. I did not order with ram as it is cheaper to buy and put it in yourself. Motherboard manual easy to find online.
