Packed a punch of seed sensations!
This product arrived on time and was delivered with a smile. The package was smaller in size than I'd imagined but the crackers packed a punch! High protein, low carb and totally delicious. Best I've ever tasted! Highly recommended!

Good for my diabetes
I am type 2 Diabetic and so finding a good cracker under 6 carbs is difficult .These crackers are only 2.8 carbs each Other crackers and brands can range from 6g to 9g each .These crackers don't spike my bloods but if you are also watching calories be careful as they are very moreish and 2 or 3 will be around 400 cals. Lovely with cheese, avocado etc and a change from my go to Jason Protein bread which is also good for diabetes at around 12 carbs per slice.
