The size of the coin itself is mostly irrelevant unless it requires an oversized holder. These protectors fit standard PCGS and NGC holders the best but will also work with smaller holders like ICG and ANACS as long as you’re ok with the extra material on the sides. They don’t fit the fat NGC holders and probably won’t work on the SEGS holders either.

Do these fit over Intercept slab boxes?

They do not fit OVER a LH Intercept box, no, but the box does fit over them, although I'm not sure how good that would look. Besides certified/graded coins slabs, these will also fit over slab-style holders such as Premier, Lighthouse Everslab or Quickslab, or Little Bear Elite.
