I have never used a watch press before so wasn't sure what expect, however my initial response it that the press was well made and easily assembled. It's all metal construction gave it sturdiness and stability. The supplied moulded silicon dies were sufficient for my requirements, 2 watch backs that simple refused to snap back on by hand, a task that it dealt with effectively and efficiently. The dies themselves attached to the base and press spindle by way of screw threads which held them perfectly in position. I can now purchase replacement batteries in the future and install them myself and avoid the ridiculous prices watch repair shops charge! An excellent investment and certainly worthy of a 5***** rating

Well, what a great little tool at a very good price. Comes flat packed but very easy to assemble. Surprised by the sturdy build/materials. Supplied with full set of dies (up to 50mm) spring pin tool, case opener, watch protector plastic. Made installing a particularly tight watch case back a breeze. Highly recommended.

This is an excellent tool at a very reasonable price,One really minor critism I think a matching allen key would not go amiss;that said I used today for the first time and it did the job with ease.

I’m actually quite impressed with this. I wasn’t expecting too much but I had tried to do a diy watch battery change and for the life of me could not get the back to fit back on. I purchased this in desperation, but I have to say it worked first time. So simple to build the tool (comes flat packed) and simple instructions. I have marked it down 1 star, not because I’m unhappy, but because there could have been a couple of smaller size dies for ladies watches. I was literally using the smallest size for this watch but I do have smaller watches that this would not be suitable for. I would definitely recommend this tool as a long term money saver.

Was quoted £50 for replacing a battery for a Tissot PRX by a guy in Timpson! So, thought I would do it myself. This press plus 2 batteries cost ~£14. The press is very solid metal and easy to put together in a few minutes. Read the easy-to-follow instructions and you can have a new battery installed and the case back on in around 15 minutes. They have included good advice on sizing the top and bottom mould for holding and pressing the case back and also include sticky plastic sheets to keep the watch in-place when you are pressing on the watch back. Very highly recommended.

Extremely well made press tool .Robust & well engineered product ,easily fitted together .After apprehensive application of the press , the back plate clicked into place.The price & quality reflect a superb investment. Highly recommend.

Really pleased with this as I was finally able to change the batteries and easily replace the backs on a Timex Weekender and Timex Expedition that had been lurking in a drawer for a few years.

The Rod was stuck when opening the product, tried to clean, apply oil and rotate it by force to get it to work, as seen in the picture it got destroyed directly
