Arrived in a box with the toy sealed in a cellophane bag for stability in transit. Excellent quality of materials and manufacture, although the colours aren’t particularly vibrant, especially the yellow rectangles. Good for adult/child play in learning about colours, shapes and numbers. The shapes can also be used to build a tower. Good for hand/eye coordination as well.This is a good quality traditional wooden toy at a reasonable price. Recommended.

This is a really well crafted and beautifully made wooden montessori style toy. The shaped pieces each fit onto the corresponding pegs and are great for recognising colours, shapes and numbers up to 5.The shapes are all painted bright and vibrant colours and have rounded edges so no sharp bits to be caught on little fingers.It comes in a sturdy cardboard box with an eye catching design of the product inside so would also make a lovely gift for someone.

This set of Montessori toys are just great. I much prefer educational toys as they provide some development for your child. This specific toy will improve motor skills as well as spatial awareness and hand eye co-ordination. It’s a dexterity based toy that involves placing the different shapes in their place through the pegs. But the shapes themselves can be used to make your own models. The cleverly designed pegs (bar the rectangle which could work if you imagine it’s a line) actually symbolise how many sides each shape has. Circle 1, Rectangle (line) 2, Tringle 3, Square 4 and Pentagon 5. A lovely little feature but also allows counting of the pegs. It’s very sturdy and well made and doesn’t have any sharp edges or loose parts. Ideal from early ages but can be used anywhere up to 3 years even. Highly recommend.

This is well made. A great idea for young children's co-ordination with tmregard to shapes and colours. Nice bright colours and framework is sturdy. Great for your own child or a gift
