A little hard to use and to manage. The powder does make the process a little messy but I've heard of many people on social media using these powders as a hair mask or to color their hair. I wouldnt say the coloring did a lot- but then again, I have dark hair. Make sure to do your own research before purchasing to see if it is right for your hair type

This is a great value as you get a lot of powder henna. Especially if you have medium length hair like I do, this one package will last you for a while. And it is packed to last a while in a zippered bag and in addition manufactured date is very recent and it has 3 years until the expiration date. Price is right, quality is great, so definitely a good purchase. Happy customer!

I have used Henna to cover gray hair for 5 years. I ordered this pack of 200 grams of Pardesi Hair Henna Powder to try out. This is the "Natural" color pack. I like that it is organic and with all natural ingredient, and without added harmful chemicals. It is very convenient with the included hair cap, gloves, and applicator in the package. I weighed the henna powder on scale which is 200 gram as stated. The powder is very fine and in light green color. I mixed 85 grams of henna powder with lemon juice, olive oil, and warn tea/coffee in a glass bowl into a paste like yogurt density and let it rest at room temperature for 4 hours. I applied it to all my hairs (gray or non-gray hairs) to cover the gray hairs and use the rest as hair conditioner. My gray hairs turned into pretty shiny radish/red-copper color after I washed the henna off with warm water 8 hours later. The non-gray hairs also get shinier and softer after the henna application. It is much easier to wash/clean this Pardesi henna from the scalp with just one time warm water rinse (It usually took several days to clean the henna from my scalp previously with other brands' henna). It also didn't cause any itchy or irritation on the scalp and ears. The price of $10 is a reasonable for 200 gram organic Henna product. Nice product and works well as hair dye and conditioner. Highly recommended :)

I used this natural dye twice on my black hair. It was hard to use because I have to wait more than an hour before application and then another hour and half for it to dry before washing my hair. The result was not satisfactory. There were some parts that were dyed but most remained black even after 2 separate uses. The good thing is that it did not irritate my scalp or damage my hair.

The henna takes a long time for the results to show on very dark hair, if at all. It gave me a nice subtle copper highlight that can be seen in the sun. With continued use it might show up more but I left it on for only 2 hours. It smells like green tea. It also stains everything including clothes and skin and it sticks to everything so becareful. Just like regular dye.This did not cause my hair any damage or texture change at all. I have medium to dark brown hair and the change was very subtle. It will not lighten.

This henna powder is all natural. Follow the directions carefully. It does tend to stain your skin, sink and tub, so you have to be mindful when using this product. It colors your hair well and gives it body.
