- Plastic is solid- looks premium- bursh is soft- low to moderate intensity abrasion on the back- if you want more intense abrasion look elsewhere as this product is single hand held.. so cannot deliver much force on the back..but I like the product. value for money and 5 stars..planning to buy more in the future and recommend to family and friends.. if price does not increase much on the future

Good product

I was shocked upon checking the softness of the bristles. It's almost like a butter piece. Completely unfit for bathing. It is almost like a makeup kit face brush. Texture is very soft like silk cloth. I had placed a return request. Amazon agreed to refund but refused to take the product back. Amazing and surprising! I think Amazon takes such decision based on our purchase history. I never ever misused any of the return/refund options given by Amazon.
