It works.
Looks like good quality, BUT, it is made in China. I'd prefer it be made elsewhere, but I'll be happy as long as this pump lasts for at least 80,000km+. If you must use something on the paper pump gasket, only use something like Permatex Hi-Tack spray on one or both sides. Using anything else such as RTV or silicone is just plain dumb, and defeats the purpose of the gasket.
