Really great belt for practically no money at all. It's basic, but it does the job, and it looks like it's of excellent quality.The sizing is accurate, and you need to measure your waist carefully to make sure you get the right size. Use a measuring tape or just any thread or cord that you can measure with a ruler once you've had it around you waist (measure at a height of your belly button, some 3-4 inches above your pants). Be relaxed when you measure, but "keep it tight". If you find yourself between two belt sizes, go with the smaller belt.All in all highly recommended!

I recently started weightlifting and have progressed significantly in my deadlifts. I decided to try out an inexpensive weightlifting belt to see if it made any difference but didn't want to spend a fortune,This is a nice lightweight and comfortable belt which is easy to carry-around. It can be infinitely adjusted throughout your workout. it appears to be well made too.I can't say it made a huge difference to my lifts but this is a great belt for the price.

For the price of £5.99 this is a great value, very strong weight lifting belt.I got this for my daughter who has just started training and when I told her it only cost £5.99 she didn’t believe me.Such good quality, really well made, she said it’s very comfortable, performs very well, feels good to wear, fits perfect, looks more expensive than the price, and feels very secure and supportive.Would totally recommend one!Photos to follow….
