Craftsman Heavy-Duty 7-Pattern Water Nozzle

This is THE best hoze nozzel I have owned in the past 5+ years. During that time, I have owned about 5 different brands (I have 2 hoses in my home). What makes this Craftsman better than the others: 1) It does not leak... from the handle nor any of the other spray nozzle orifices (while using a different one) ; 2) The various spray choices (not too many!) are appropriate for washing my car and watering my potted plants; 3) It appears it is well-made and will withstand when it is dropped on the cement... and not break the adjusting thumb handle (like most of mine have done within 12 months). FYI, I leave my nozzles and hose outside (disconnected) during the freezing winter time (which is Dec-Feb) here in the Pacific NW.

Spray nozzle works great! Easy to use, and heavy duty metal construction. All of the settings work as designed. Doesn't leak or spray out of the sides. We've had several others over the years, and this is the best quality we've had.

This is the best hose nozzle I have ever used. Nice and heavy feeling, it screws on easily and completely - no leaking. Water pressure for the jet settings is great, and the lighter settings work really well too. Absolutely worth the money!

Craftsman has been shedding quality over the last couple of decades, but they got it right with this nozzle. Good range of flow patterns, and the thumb lever is perfect for me, and my hands. Not stiff, but smooth and easy, even under pressure, and you can control the flow rate, it is not 'all or nothing'. I've used the other brands of nozzles, they rarely survive a year or more; but this one feels well made and doesn't look like it will crack on me like the other two during the winter.

Sturdy well made

The design intent of the nozzle is fine and it was easy to use. However its durability and quality are not good. The nozzle failed after only 6-months of normal use. Water leaks all around the nozzle housing.

Works great

Fairly heavy duty compared to most plastic and other metal sprayers in Home Depot, online, etc. I have had my share of multi-sprayers and turn style. Seals and plastic always seem to last a short time in our rugged environment of AZ desert even in the shade. The clicks between modes seems much better. The modes work well for multiple purposes(i.e. garden, trees) I also put an addition shut-off valve before the sprayer to control pressure. Now using the volume on top is much gentler on the garden plants. No leaks thus far after having a month. Craftsman used to be very heavy duty growing up but went China. This one still seems to be a decent product. Will update as time progresses.
