My cats took a moment to study the fountain before deciding they liked it. It's easily put together, the filter cartridges fit nicely and the pump is extremely quiet. I do like the blue LED light that shines through the window. It allows you to easily see how much water is in the bowl and it allows you to see it at night, so that you won't stub a toe when walking through a darkened room. It's easy to clean and there's even a small pipe brush included so you can clean all the little nooks and crannies. Utilizes a USB plug and includes a power block. Great deal for the price! Replacement filters are also available.

Easy to assemble due to clear directions. Like the stainless steel. Although my 2 cats didn't take to the fountain as quickly as the plastic one they had before, I have observed them both finally drinking out of it today, so all is good. I also appreciate how quiet it is and the large capacity tank. The stainkess steel construction makes it studier and more difficult to knock over, which I appreciate. However, I do miss the ease of knowing the water level in the clear tank of my old water fountain. Not sure what the blue light is for and it is very faint so hard to see unless the room is completely dark. Overall, very happy with this purchase, as are my cats. Since one has CKD, it is very important for him to stay hydrated.

The media could not be loaded.  I'm loving this kitty water fountain so , cats don't really know what to do with it so far but they will eventually , I love how big it is and fresh water daily, and the filtration is a plus , so far it's working great !Easy assembly, easy to clean and if it lasts longer than 3 months I'm happy , I have purchased the plastic ones and they would go out in 3 to 6 months and got costly so I quit buying them til I saw an ad for these stainless steal ones , and they are way better quality in my opinion and it also has a lifetime warranty, who could go wrong with that , and the price was cheaper than the plastic ones and better quality at that !

Excellent quality! The filter pump is so quiet, I wouldn't have known it was on. The pets love it! The water stays fresh longer, the water movement encourages my pets to stay hydrated. It has a large capacity and I like the window to see the water level. Easy to clean and also dishwasher-safe. It comes with an extra filter and a handy bristle brush for cleaning the inside of the pump and fountain spigots.I'm thinking of getting a second one for upstairs so my older dog doesn't have to use the stairs as much. I'm very impressed with this fountain.

Here are the positives: It is quiet, holds a lot of water, the running water draws cats to it, they enjoy drinking from itNegative: the top is all one piece, would be nice to check the water without having to lift the lid and pump out. (It's hard to see level of water in small window)My pump only had 3 feet on it instead of 4.

Me (and the 3 cats that use it) LOVE the accessibility. My cats are gutter and faucet drinkers as they love the continuous flow.. when I ordered this I had hopes that water would keep since it's 1 Gal and it didn't let me down. I love the large bowl so the water keeps longer and when I say I hear NOTHING I mean it. The pump works effortlessly and the water is always clean thanks to the filter. SO easy to set up with detailed instruction provided. The stainless material its made of makes it easy to clean and i dont have to worry if its fresh because it always is. If I ever order another it will be from this company!
