Heavy duty well built
I like with the attachments it comes with I like the durability of it seems to be very well made I did use one tube on it already and it worked fantastic not cheap made

I like the fact that it included loading directions because I always attempted to do so the wrong way. Won't forget now! Best bang 4 buck - BOOM!!

Broke during first use
The product is deceiving. Holding it in your hand, you’d think wow this looks well built. Filled it up with grease went to go start pumping grease and the nozzle didn’t even lock in correctly, it started squeezing the grease out the tip not into the fitting. Swapped the tip out with the other style and was able to make it work. Finished the first wheel, moved to the second and pumping, stopped working. Lost all function. If I could return it I would. It’s full of grease I doubt they’d accept a return.

Works good
No complaints. I added this to a Ryobi 18v grease gun and had great results. It locks on just as expected and has no problems with the transfer. Good quality for the price considering similar items are$20+ at the big box store.

It’s alright
I leaks a bit. You really have to tighten everything but then you will still get a bit of leakage at different connection points.

Great customer service! Item not so much.
So I bought this thinking that your typical 14oz grease tube will fit but nope! Nevertheless, I was ok scooping the grease out of the tube with a plastic spoon & shoving it all into the pump and it worked fine as far I can tell. The problem for me came when it's time to refill. I bought a jar of grease thinking I can just scoop some into the pump but with all the grease all over from the previous load, it was really really tough screwing the plunger back in due to the size of the spring used(?). It got really messy on my work table. If you'd rather avoid all the aggravation, look for something that fits the standard grease tube straight up.Update:Finally got to fill up and locked in the plunger after much effort. So far the pump is pushing out grease but I believe it's no way close to the advertised pressure. And yes, I make sure to relieve whatever air is trapped inside.Given the chance, I would rather get a refund or replacement.Update: Seller contacted me for a remedy and even though it's been weeks they refunded me without drama. Seller was awesome about customer service and I truly appreciate that. Because of it, I updated my rating to five star!
