This is a beautiful playset. It took my husband and I 3 solid days to sort and assemble. We had 2 friends helping on the first day. Organization is key. Read the entire manual prior to beginning. Pay close attention to details. No missing parts/hardware. Grandkids love it. So pleased with it.

Very high quality materials and hardware. However, lower floor could use an extra support… but very easy to modify if you know ahead of time. We had a few damaged parts but customer service was extremely fast with sending replacement parts. It only took two days to receive parts. It took us about 5 hours to sort parts then about 6 days to assemble. In order to speed up the process, I’d recommend sorting parts in assembly step order. Our grandson loves it!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Don’t waste your money on this brand. A wind gust came through and completely destroyed this piece of junk, only a month after my husband built it. The wood materials are all so lightweight and crappy, I can’t believe it lasted even 1 month. It took my husband weeks to build it, working on it every single evening after work. Time and money down the drain, and 2 devastated little boys.

Overall, this playground has been a great addition to our backyard! My kids absolutely love it and spend hours playing outside. The design and features are fantastic, and the idea behind the playhouse is really well thought out. Plus, the customer service has been amazing—responsive and helpful anytime we’ve needed assistance.That said, I do wish the build was a bit sturdier—especially the swing set portion. When bigger kids use the swings, the whole side rocks more than I’m comfortable with, and it’s only secured to the playhouse by one piece of wood. During our Easter gathering, we actually had to remove the swings to avoid any risk of injury. We also reinforced a few areas of the playhouse that didn’t feel as solid as we’d hoped.Despite those concerns, my kids truly love playing on it, and it’s brought a lot of joy to our family. Just be prepared to make a few safety tweaks if older or heavier kids will be using it.

I don’t normally write reviews but this company just blew me away so here we go.We got this play set a little over a month ago. My husband put it together with occasional help from my father in law. Construction is definitely tough, don’t get myeloma wrong. I would suggest a team of 3 or 4 people if you plan on getting it done very fast. Definitely lay everything out in an ORGANIZED way and go little by little. Don’t try to rush it.It looks stunning. Our boys absolutely love it. We ordered baby swings because they are still toddlers and they look great.First issue: one piece was missing and one piece was cracked upon arrival. I called customer service, let them know our problems and they sent replacements over to us. Easy process, no charges, no complaints. But that isn’t the amazing part. I would expect that from any company.The amazing part is this: About 4 weeks after it was built, we were hit by an unusually bad storm for our area. Winds were unlike anything I had ever seen and I’ve lived in this area my whole life - after the storm there were trees down, property damage, etc. The wind also picked the entire play set up and knocked it on its back. The top part of the set was pretty banged up. About 20 pieces were damaged and needed to be replaced. The bottom half was (shockingly) in perfect condition. We were pretty upset about an unanticipated additional cost but we were resigned to ordering replacements because our kids love it so much.Well, to my amazement, my husband just called the company to order replacements and they are shipping ALL of the replacement pieces that we need 100% FREE OF CHARGE. Both of us were shocked and SO appreciative. I was already loving the set but the company went above what was needed to help us out without us even asking them to. I couldn’t be happier. For the customer service alone, I would say find a set you like from them and purchase away.

The media could not be loaded. Hard to believe you can find a full playset on Amazon. While my experience is probably closer to 4 stars, I don’t think this massive of an undertaking could ever be perfect. Therefore I’m giving it 5 stars because it did exceed expectations.It arrived in four GIANT boxes and the swing separately. I spent about 90 minutes inventorying everything. Nothing was missing. A few pieces had mild cracks but I didn’t feel like waiting to build it and getting them replaced.The lumber seems to be high quality but light. At first I was nervous it would be flimsy but the final product is very sturdy. It held me, my wife, and my two year old son on the second level without budging.My wife painted everything but the roof and floor. I assembled 99% of it on my own. I know my way around tools but I’m no expert. It took about 3 days total. It’s a lot of pieces and a lot of steps but the manual was surprisingly clear. I was very happy with the instructions. I only had to redo a few steps that I did wrong. Pay careful attention to the orientation of complex pieces.The hardware is surprisingly good as well. I can’t speak to the quality of the metal itself but the whole thing feels quadruple reenforced at every joint.I was nervous it would feel too small but it feels good overall. Adults fit in the swings. I’m 6’0”. The tunnel is very tight for me but I can sit on the second level comfortably with my son.My son absolutely loves it. It’s impossible to pry him off.Overall I’m very satisfied and just wish it wasn’t 95deg on the days I built it.

We haven’t put it up yet but I’mPetty sure they will Love it when we do still waiting for them to cut tress down and then the guy come to put it up I pray noParts missing
