This is an interesting book filled with great information for anyone thinking of starting the carnivore diet.I watch all of Stephen's videos on YouTube too.

Engaging and practical
This book is an excellent resource for starting the carnivore diet and successfully implementing it over the long haul. It's a primer for eating in a way that nourishes the body for optimal health and body composition. It contains everything needed - the foundations - for getting started, as well as helpful information and tips for addressing issues that could arise when transitioning to this way of eating. As a somewhat seasoned (5 years) carnivore, I found it to be engaging and helpful in terms of issues and tips for sustaining the lifestyle overtime. I can't recommend the book highly enough!

Disappointing
I ordered this after seeing an interview by the author. He was very knowledgeable. I thought this would really help my husband to get on board with the carnivore diet. This book gives just the basics about choices of foods. It doesn't explain any benefits, nor give further depth that would motivate a person toward a carnivore lifestyle. This book isn't one I would recommend for these reasons.

The information seems good enough but this is more of a pamphlet than a book. Not worth the price. Get Dr. Baker’s book instead.
