Customer service 1000000% Really really its another level. I needed to replace my usb adapter, SUSAN in Customer service responde my email inmediatly, send me options, create a great and real solution. Also, after 6 months of feel pain in my hand for my traditional mouse, this LEKVEY recovered my health, I can move my hands perfectly, no pain, no hurts, !!USE IT BUY IT FEEL HEALTHY AGAIN!

I’m gonna give this product 5 stars, even though I was not able to use it because my Mac or my iPad does not have a USB A port. If you’re wondering why I’m giving it five stars it’s because the company made good on the purchase by giving me a full refund with no questions asked and I was able to keep the product which is unheard of.. I so wish they made a Bluetooth version. . Please keep in mind that this product is only functional if you have a USB A port on your device . it works by a transmitter that you plugged into your device that is plugged and play with the mouse. I was able to charge it and it did charge very fast. Mouse is of great quality and feels great economically. Unfortunately, I need one that is Bluetooth. If you do have a USB A port, I would definitely suggest purchasing it. By the way, I sent an email on a Sunday night and got a response.

Works as intended. Did help with arm pain and can use it for a long time. It was just slightly awkward for me, I needed a wider one.

This mouse will be fantastic for 90% of people who order it. It's smooth, connects easily, moves nicely, feels comfortable in your hand, and the price is great. The only downside is that you can't reprogram the two side buttons, which isn't made clear in the listing, and unfortunately forced me to ask for a refund. That being said, the customer service was outstanding. Not only did they happily refund me, they allowed me to keep the mouse. I will keep it as a back-up travel mouse. If reprogramming the side buttons aren't a need for you, then this is a fantastic buy, especially if you are new to the idea of a vertical mouse. (Sidenote: I made the switch to a vertical mouse two years ago. I used to get carpel tunnel all the time, had to wear a wrist brace, all that. But since I made the switch, I have never had a single flare up. I don't even know where my brace is anymore. It takes a few days to get used to, but once you do, it'll feel more natural than the standard mouse ever did.)

About two years ago, I started experiencing issues with my mouse. The scroll bar stopped working properly, and the mouse would not click. I went through all the troubleshooting steps and reached out to customer support. I had read about the warranty being two years, but I was two months past the expiration date and wanted to know if there was anything I could do. To my surprise, their support was incredibly helpful. They informed me that the warranty was actually three years, and they were happy to either refund me entirely or send me a new mouse. Since I loved my mouse, I opted for a replacement, and it arrived within days! The new mouse is a newer model and works flawlessly. The scroll bar is incredibly smooth, and the clicking is pinpoint accurate. I am so pleased with both the customer service and the product itself.

I am so glad I switched to this vertical mouse. If you deal with carpal tunnel or wrist pain, it makes a huge difference. The "handshake" position feels much more natural and takes the pressure off my wrist that I usually get from a standard flat mouse. The wireless connection is solid, and it’s very comfortable to use for long periods. It feels well-made and the tracking is smooth. It definitely makes working at the computer a lot more comfortable.

This is my first ergonomic mouse. Wish I had tried one way before now. I dont know what my hold up was, maybe because they looked weird and uncomfortable, haha. Well I know what prompted me to try one: my wrist has been bothering me, and it seemed to be made worse with mouse use. I guess all my gaming years have added up. I didnt know which to try. So many! I didnt know what would fit. There are some really small looking ones and some that look bulky, some that are nearly same in appearance as a standard mouse, and some that have a deeper cut out where hand rests. Very confusing. So I just spent some time reading through various reviews of a wide assortment of ergonomical mice. While I think some of it is trial and error for getting the right fit, I think I happened upon a really good fit and feel with my first try. I really have nothing to compare it to, but so far I am really quite pleased. --I dont have small hands, but they aren't exactly big either. Size can be in length and width. I have quite small fingers, but wide palms (3.75"). So typically a size "large" in gloves, but the ends of the fingers always dangle quite a bit. Hope that gives impression going forward with my review: --My hand easily grasps the width of this mouse. Feels very comfortable. My pointer finger just reaches the scroll wheel. I dont need to reach for it; my finger pad sits directly on top of apex of the wheel. --Press of left or right side is easy and comfortable. Plenty of length to accommodate even the smallest of fingers. Yet plenty of spare room for fingers longer than mine. -- Not a loud click, but I can feel the click. I personally find that satisfying. Gentle yet makes me feel my action. --Scrolling is smooth. --No stuttering or jerkiness --Instant connect when I first got this, and no problems since --Impressed with how natural it feels. Didnt realize how much the wrist and forearm twist to use a standard mouse. With this, the mouse and arm are in a natural alignment --Charging is quick and easy. Comes with cord for charging. I charge it directly through use of my laptop. It can be used as a corded mouse with ease. Can store dongle in the mouse if need be. Has on/off switch. When in the ON position, it will go to sleep when computer shuts down (or after x amount of time when not used), and wake up along with computer. Typical for rechargeable mouse. If this is anything like any other rechargeable mouse I have had, it should hold a charge for a very long time. --Haven't used this for gaming yet as I have it for use on my laptop, but may try it out on my gaming PC. If I like it, I will just buy another. I think it will work out. This is just so comfortable and easy to use. Take a little getting used to, yet at same time feels really natural. Good grip, good responsiveness, all around good experience in the short time I have had it. Your experience may vary in terms of fit, but I think the quality is evident. I will update if I have anything else worth sharing :) EDIT/UPDATE: Seriously love this mouse, and this company is great. They are VERY RESPONSIVE and helpful when I inquired about an issue I had. WOW really good customer service. Rare these days, thank you. Truly, 5 STARS ALL AROUND.

This is a very comfortable mouse. I have large hands and it sits comfortably. Very accurate on screen. Silent buttons. Would recommend

Overall product is good, used for long time, middle mouse click failed after long use.

El diseño está muy bien. Sin embargo tenía altas expectativas el mouse se queda ciclado lo muevo y el cursor se queda intacto.. es frustrante debido a que lo quería para mí trabajo y en lugar de agilizar me lo ha hecho más difícil.. lo he usado al rededor de 3 días para darle la oportunidad pero es demt frustrante no sé si este defectuoso

In the last year or so, I have tried 3 ergonomic mice; one by Microsoft, one from Adesso, and now finally one by Lekvey. All of them have had one thing in common...they all have technical issues of one sort or another within months of use. However, the one way that Lekvey excels over and above the other brands is their commitment to customer service. As soon as I received my mouse, I was immediately impressed at receiving an email from Susan at 7Lucky, asking if everything was OK, and reminding me of the one year warranty, and that she was there if needed. How often have you ever had a company reach out to you in case of problems??? That's right, NEVER!!! When I first tried to charge my mouse using the USB cable provided, I quickly realized there was something wrong with the cable itself, as the light did not turn on as described in the instructions. I was able to charge it with another cable I had from the dollar store, but I let Susan know about it. She quickly offered me either to send a new cable or a $5 credit to my account, which I felt was more than fair and again I was super impressed. I loved my Lekvey mouse for its smoothness and clicking accuracy. I found the battery lasted a whole week before it needed charging again! I use the mouse to do AutoCAD work almost 6 hrs a day, and my son uses it to play video games in the evenings, so it gets used a lot!!! Other features that I love is that it can be used while charging, so if it happens to die while i'm working, it's no big deal. And I love that there is an integrated slot to fit the USB receiver, which is handy for taking it on the go. Unfortunately, the roller-wheel malfunctioned after only 3 months of use, but as soon as I emailed Susan about it, I received a new one about 1 week later, accompanied by the cutest little thank-you note! I have been using this new one for about 5 weeks now, and it's been great so far. Again, it holds the charge for at least 1 week at a time, and never misses a click. All the emails and messages that have come from Susan at 7Lucky have been so impressively quick, polite, and genuinely caring. Even though the mouse itself has not been flawless, I don't believe any of the mice on the market are really built to last. At least with Lekvey, I can rest assured that the warranty is for real; unlike so many other companies who do nothing for you, Lekvey really delivers. I just want Lekvey to know that they are doing a great job. Thank you, Susan, for all your support! :) I would highly recommend your product.
