Why did you pick this product vs others?:My 8-year-old Granddaughter loves this. It seems to be of high quality.

Santa got it for my daughter for Christmas! She loves it! We had some issues in the beginning to open it because the 000 didn’t work! And the manual said in case you forgot your code look at the side of the numbers with a flash light you will see little holes in 3 numbers and that opens it, we tried that there is no holes in any number! So we just kept trying and trying different numbers till it opened by chance! Since then no issues ! The journal is so cute but the lock system isn’t great!

Good quality and price, the color is great and the lock works better than expected! Daughter forgot the code and after many hours we finally cracked it again. Would recommend and buy again.

High quality, not sure if I just missed it, but not sure you're able to change the combination numbers to unlock the diary. The lock mechanism seems sturdy. Pen is great!

My 10 year old granddaughter loves this diary. We had fun setting up a secret code to open the lock. She is excited about writing down her personal thoughts that no one else knows about.

Great way for my granddaughter to draw and express her feelings. The lock is a nice way to challenge her to remember how to get it open.

This thing is trash. The lock jammed after 2 uses. The strap is made of actual cardboard and tears at even the slightest amount of pressure. My 9 year old ripped it on accident trying to get it to lock. This was a total waste of money. Spend a little more for genuine leather and a quality lock. That's the lesson i learned here.
