I struggled the idea of changing fixtures because I’m a renter and don’t want to install something I’ll want to take with me when we’reready to buy a home, so when I decided to look for a new light fixture for my bedroom I knew I wanted it to be very affordable while still being cute. After seeing reviews I purchased this fixture and installed it the day after it arrived. It was my first time installing a light fixture and it was incredibly easy! The light is beautiful and when I showed my roommate she was surprised at how little I paid for it. It is very nice for the price. It’s sturdy and while it is made of fabric, the dual layers and texture of the fabric give it a glass like appearance! I highly recommend this light!

This is reasonable quality and looks really good in a bedroom. I put them in a house I was selling to change out very old light fixtures. It really modernized the house. I would recommend these as a no-brainer upgrade to your current light fixtures for a very reasonable cost.!!

Required a trip to hardware store due to missing post. Light looks nice, but annoying to have to replace a missing piece of hardware in what should be a simple, straightforward installation.

I haven’t installed over 30 ceiling lights however I found this style to be very difficult to install due to the screw and decorative screw cap style. It was very challenging to align the screw with the holes, and the screws were not long enough to completely go through the hole and engage with the screw cap, therefore requiring that I go to a hardware store to pick up additional screws that were longer. This was way too difficult to install And took so much time. I cannot recommend it

This ceiling light was packaged well and included all the necessary hardware for installation. Installation took a little longer than I expected, as I ran into a small design flaw which was easily overcome. More on that in a moment.That aside, I'm highly satisfied with the final results of this semi flush mount ceiling light. It not only illuminates the room effectively but also enhances the aesthetic appeal of the space with its modern design and double fabric shade. The versatility of the lighting makes it suitable for various rooms in my home. With that said, I did encounter some installation issues that can be easily addressed, but for this reason I am deducting 1 star. But I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a stylish and functional ceiling light fixture.The issue revolves around the 2 screws that drop down through the round aluminum plate that are then used to mount the lamp to the ceiling fixture using the thumb nuts. * Issue #1: the screws were a couple mm too long and therefore you couldn't tighten the fixture flush to the ceiling. I was able to overcome this by screwing on the included hex nuts all the way up to the head of the screw, forming a spacer, thereby shortening the overall length of the screw.Pros: + Modern Design: The design of this semi flush mount ceiling light is sleek and modern, adding a touch of elegance to any room. + Double Fabric Shade: The double fabric shade not only diffuses the light beautifully but also adds a layer of sophistication to the fixture. + Versatile Lighting: With three E26 sockets, this ceiling light provides ample illumination for various spaces, whether it's a bedroom, living room, or hallway.Cons: - Terminal Connector: The included terminal connector didn't work for me, and I don't know if it would even be CSA approved. Fortunately, the included wire nuts are sufficient. - Mounting Screws: The included mounting screws were a little too long, requiring some spacers to improvise. I ended up using the extra hex nuts, but some washers would work equally well. - No security wire: There is no security wire to support the lamp while trying to connect and mount it, requiring you to support it with your hands while mounting. I would recommend a second set of hands to hold the lamp while you wire it up.

Perfect for a bedroom

A luxury looking light fixture for a non-luxury budget. I went looking in stores for several light fixtures to replace in our new home. The prices were outrageous, and the selections were limited. So happy to have found these – they look lovely and give lots of light. Very easy to install. The only slight downfall is that they are open at the top, so any small flying insects tend to be drawn to the fixture and settle at the bottom. I simply vacuum them out from the top. Would be nice if they had a top closure to them to avoid having to do this.
