i ordered it hoping it would work but i am not flexible enough to use it.

Though the chair holds up to 600 pounds, it’s structure was not made to securely fit larger/wide/tall body types

This chair has exceeded my expectations in every way.The yoga chair is exceptionally strong and sturdy, made from high-quality metal. Unlike typical all-metal folding chairs, it features a cushioned seat that provides outstanding comfort during seated practices. This cushioning is a game-changer, allowing me to focus on my poses without any discomfort.I use this chair for a variety of yoga poses, including seated stretches, poses where I rest my arms or head on the chair, and leg inversions. The lumbar support attachment is easy to hook into place and unhook when not needed, adding a versatile element to the chair. While I’m not yet at the stage where I feel comfortable using the lumbar support, I’m confident that I will get there with continued practice.Recently, I felt truly empowered using this chair for a 15-minute seated stretch session. The chair provided the support and stability I needed, allowing me to go deeper into stretches than I could have if I were standing or lying on a mat. For someone with flexibility issues like myself, this chair has been an invaluable tool, offering the assistance I need to improve my practice safely and effectively.
