Puchased this mug for a friend who really likes robins. The mug is attractive and a functional size. When I buy gifts online, I'm always concerned that the item really won't be as nice as I would want to give to someone. Inspected this when it arrived, and was happy to send it off. My friend sent me a nice thank you note saying how much she loved the mug.

My husband has terrible arthritis of his wrists and cannot hold a heavy cup. He used a light bone china cup at a place we rented and really liked it. This one is a little bigger and heavier but he is delighted with the artwork.

This is a lovely little mug. A little smaller than I expected but too cute to return. I actually got this and the Kingfisher mug to give as a gift but decided to keep them for myself. The web picture shows one bird but there is another bird of the same species, different pose , on the opposite side of the mug. It also has a little picture inside the mug. Very cute and a great gift for you or someone else.
