works great
Worksgreat for the price range. I received all the piece in the item as picture described, the tabs has different size and thickened thickness, it looks very durable. I used it repair the ding on the side of the car door. Under the sun, the glue stick did not melt. After the glue stick was dissolved by the glue gun, the stick can be very sticky. Then I use 92% alcohol removed the glue sticking on the car, the door looks new. You can not see it if you don't know there are a dent before. My dent about 0.7 inches, I believe it also suitable for larger dent, because the strength of the slide hammer can large or small. I removed my dent in about 20 minutes, it is a easy DIY experience, the most important is it save my $. I recommend it.

Surprise yourself and save some cash!
This is a GREAT PDR kit it has everything to tackle large or small dents. The slide hammer is very heavy duty and the 20 watt glue gun heats up very fast. This was my first ( 2010 GMC truck) and second (1972 Monte Carlo) try at dent repair. The truck dents were very stubborn because of their placement and the heavy gauge steel, but they still showed significant improvement. On my classic car I had two door dings one small and one medium sized, but after a few pulls the small one completely disappeared and the medium one is barely visible. I believe with a little bit of metal tapping it too would be completely gone. I plan on tackling a large dent on my son's SUV rear hatch in the near future. This system will surprise you at how much pulling power these glue tabs have. Just take your time and think the process through and you will surprise yourself and save some money too.

Buy it!
You can't beat this product for the price don't know what the one star review was all about complaining about the hot glue. I personally didn't even care about the hot glue gun I had my own including a cordless! This tool is amazing it comes with tons of different size tips. Yes I broke a few of them but I also was being pretty aggressive. For anyone who doesn't know any better make sure you have a plastic squeegee (auto body squeegee) acetone rags and most of all a heat gun! I simply glue the fitting on wait for the glue to cure and use the tool make sure when using the hammer you have tension on the tool prior to releasing the hammer and be aware when going aggressively you have a chance of breaking a tip. When your done if the tip remains in place or glue remains simply heat up with the heat gun and then scrape off with the squeegee then use some acetone on a rag and clean. 40.00 you can't beat this tool! Keep fingers away from moving parts!!!

Good value!
I give it 4 stars considering the price. Yes It could have a bigger glue gun, better scrapper, but I consider what I payed for and think that it is pretty decent kit for the price point. The tabs seem to be of good quality, which is very important. the slide-hammer does the job adequately - I did have to use 'locktite' to keep the handle and tip from coming loose during use. This was my first time using Paintless removal tools, and took me some trial and error to figure out how crucial the temperature of the glue is at when hammering. If the glue is still too hot, of course the tabs would come off. However, if it is too cold the tab pops right off. So the best time to start hammering after applying the tab is 2 or 3 minutes (depending on how cold it is outside).I also discovered a trick that promotes the adherence of the tab on the car and saves some glue as well. I put the tabs in a convection toaster oven at the 'convection mode', set around 200 degrees F. I leave the glue on the tab which creates a layer on the entire surface. When hot, I take it to the car and apply the glue from the glue gun right into the depth of the dent (on the car), just where I want it. Then I take the hot tab and push only as needed. this way I can use a large tab on a small dent.

Second one sent worked betterer
Had a small smooth dent that should have been perfect for this. Spent about an hour messing around with this kit and managed to snap off one of the pulling pieces. The glue gun could be best described as a toy. Glue guns are crazy cheap but the one included in this kit is really just a toy. The tip cools down too quickly as the glue stick passes through the hole, so it ends up a sticky mess inside the end of the glue gun. Because of this, the amount of glue on the pulling piece ends up either being too small, or cooling down too much to attach properly to the dent. Spent a lot of time pulling the glue from the pulling tips since that is where it seemed to stick the best. With a better glue gun this could have a chance of working.Update: The customer service is outstanding. I did not expect anything to come out of this but was contacted about the item I had reviewed. The replacement arrived and the glue gun was much better. Appeared to be identical but was able to heat the glue enough to not create a mess like the first. Second kit was not the same as the first and did perform much better, mostly due to the glue gun. Gets an extra star for customer service.

Product did not work for me
So I got this kit so I could remove a 2" dent from my oil pan. I followed the instructions meticulously. I could not get the gaskets to stick to the metal pan. I even sanded the area down to the metal, cleaned it with Alcohol twice and let it dry twice. Neither one of the glue-sticks after applying with the gun would stick to the pan. I applied the glue as instructed, pushed it on and held it for a few seconds. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes and it just pulled off with my hand. Never got a tool on it. Don't waste your money on this kit. I would ask Amazon for a refund by they will probably ding me for a return, so I will probably eat the $16.00 it cost me (after coupon)Update: Received email from manufacturer who provided some tips for me to try. They were very concerned about the problems I was having and they agreed to issue me a full refund which I accepted. Although the product did not work for my particular application (an oil pan) does not mean it will not work for you. At least the company pays attention to their products and customer relations are excellent.

Good for large dents.
Works well for larger dents. But does not have the right size pullers for those smaller ones. Could have had more variety in pieces.
