Metal is inferior. The sharpness will not last long.

Knife quality
Knife quality n built seems ok.BUT....Zero sharpness.The dullest blade I've come across till date.Even after 30mins on a whetstone it is barely usable.Totally useless product.Total waste of money & an awesome mistake in choosing this product.

Matel quality can't say that it's superb, but good. Pouch material is below average. I am thinking of making same pouch from local mochi shop. Based on price anyone can buy.
