This product was perfect for the job I did, which was lining raised beds

I bought this to line wooden raised beds and is exactly what I needed

used for lining wooden garden planters to prevent rotting. works as expected

OK it's just heavy duty black polythene so there's not much to say about it except that it was very generously measured out so that I got at least a couple of extra metres in the pack I received. Great value product which does exactly what I want it to do in the garden and thick enough for me to be able to use it for several years.

Very thin and flimsy and doesn’t last long

Recently built a new patio, which unfortunately required a 40cm high retaining wall. We decided on oak sleeper's and having reviewed advise it was recommended that you line the earth facing side with plastic with a 20cm wide trench filled with shingle, which should add 5+ years to the oak life time and this seemed an ideal solution and thus far has proven to be the case but will need 15 to 20 years to see if it has extended the life time of the sleeper's. Brilliant product. Very thick and strong, lovely to work with. Does the job of suppressing weeds very well.

Bought this to line some raised beds on my allotment to try to help preserve the life of the wood. It was easy to use and because it came in a nice right roll I was able to cut the roll on half using a saw so got twice the length, brilliant! This was then just stapled in place and made a really neat job
