I got the medium and the amount of plates doesn’t go around my waist fully- it’s literally only long enough to go around my head vertically (if that makes sense). I got this item for a concert and I may still try to wear it but because there aren’t enough plates, it looks funky. Definitely wish I had gotten the largest size instead! But the quality is really good, just incorrect sizing
